Why we built it

Every home inspection ends the same way: a long list of findings and almost no time to learn what they cost. Buyers guess high, sellers guess low, and deals stall over numbers nobody can back up.

About2Close puts dated, itemized repair bids in front of both sides while the due-diligence clock is still running.

Who is behind it

About2Close was founded by The Wizard of Development, The Wizard for short. The Wizard received the Magic from a business partner, and together they have built a portfolio of platforms that solve everyday problems better.

About2Close is the newest of them: built the same way as the rest, with modern tools, clear rules and respect for the people on both sides of the deal.
