Providers are verified
Every provider is reviewed before their first bid: business details, trades, service area, and license and insurance where the state requires them. We show what was checked; we never claim checks that did not happen.
Bids are complete and labeled
A bid needs scope, line-item price, timing, warranty, exclusions and how long it is valid. Each one is marked as a firm bid or an estimate that a site visit could change.
Sponsored means sponsored
Sponsorships are labeled on every screen and never change the order or ranking of bids.
Your documents stay private
Inspection reports are stored privately, opened only through links that expire, and every view is logged. Sellers and agents see a case only when the buyer invites them.
