What we collect

• Waitlist: your email, the property ZIP, whether you are buying, selling, an agent or a provider, and when you agreed to be emailed.
• Provider and sponsor requests: company name, your name, email, phone (optional), and the ZIP, trade or market you asked about.
• Business access: legal business name, EIN, trade, service area, license number and state, insurance and compliance attestations, contact details, and your typed signature with its date. We do not ask for Social Security numbers.
• ZIP checks: the ZIP you type is checked in your browser and is not stored unless you join the waitlist.
• Technical data: our hosting and font providers receive standard request data such as IP address and browser type when pages load.

Why we use it

• To email you when About2Close opens in your ZIP, and for nothing else unless you agree.
• To answer provider and sponsorship requests.
• To keep the site secure and working.

What we never do

We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context advertising, or use advertising trackers on this site.

Who processes it

Our database is hosted by Supabase and the site by Vercel, both in the United States. Fonts load from Google Fonts and the map library from cdnjs. Each processes data only to provide its service.

How long we keep it

Waitlist and request records are kept until you ask us to delete them or until they are no longer needed for the purpose above.
